You can tailor make your package to suit your individual needs. We can provide a 6, 7 or 8 piece band depending on the size of your event. A brass section really adds the wow factor. Other options are listed below.

Standard Service

  • Customers get the choice of ‘2 x 60 mins’ Sets or ‘3 x 40 Mins’ Sets.
  • 5-piece female fronted Rock & Pop band
  • We provide a DJ service to provide background music when we're not on stage during our break.
  • Very high quality PA (sound system) optimum use for an aundience of 350 people.
  • Excellent lighting rig backdrop for the band and immediate dance floor area.
  • Finish at midnight

Other Options & Upgrades

  • Acoustic Beats: A 3 piece acoustic version of the band is perfect if you are after something more laid back. Playing acoustic versions of our full band set list, acoustic beats will provide fantastic music with a more chilled out and less intrusive vibe. Line-up includes Guitar, Cajon and Vocals.
  • Brass Section: Looking for the ultimate live music experience? Why not add a 1 or 2 piece brass section that really packs a punch to Backbeat's standard 5 piece line up?
  • Piano and vocal duet: Covering a range of jazz standards and pop classics, BackBeat's Piano and Vocal Duo are the perfect background music to the early part of event.
  • Solo Piano or Solo Classical Guitarist: Perfect for during dinner, or whenever you think it will work.

Questions or concerns

Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your event, make an enquiry with our agency Alive Network. You will then be assigned to a dedicated event coordinator to walk you through every detail of the event entertainment arrangements and answer any questions you may have..

Your Event: Timings 

Arrival, set up and soundcheck

Once we've arrived at around 5pm we will get straight on to loading in our gear, setting ourselves us on stage and a full volume soundcheck to get our levels right for your venue.

We can arrive earlier if you wish, but we charge a little extra for early arrival i.e. pre-5pm

1st live set

We will play our first 60 minute set of live party music to get the night (or afternoon) started and everybody warmed up. Having completed the first set we'll take a break and during this time we'll play more party music from our laptop/ipod -  for those of you who want to keep boogeying while the buffet is served/you have a drink break etc.

After set up

So we've soundchecked at full volume and are sounding great - now we're ready to go backstage to change into our stage attire and have a hot meal and chat to the event organisers.

Please provide us with a secure changing room where all 5 of us can retire to - the lavatory is unacceptable, sorry!

2nd live set & end of the night

At around midnight, after our second set of 60 mins and encore, we'll immediately begin to pack our equipment down. We aim to do this as quickly and as subtly as possible.

If you've upgraded to have our services past midnight, we'll alter our schedule to suit.
